Reoccurring one sided tingling left arm leg face. Back again today with goosebumps on left arm. Normal MRIs nerve conduction eeg and mra. Cause?
Dizzy spell, tingling left arm/face, shaking after these symptoms pass. Lasts~20 min. Happened 2 mo ago a few times. Er & doc tested, no diagnosis.

Non cardiac pain: Not all tingling in the left arm is cardiac in origin. More than that, you have symptoms on the whole left side of the body, so it does not sound like cardiac. At your age severe anxiety with panic is likely rather than heart disease however make sure to have your blood pressure checked and do it at home with an automated monitor. Sometimes hormonal forms of hypertension can present this way and would need treatment.
The swallowing trouble is more in keeping with anxiety and you need treatment for that too.
