My symptoms are, sob, very cold, light headed, tingle in hands & feet, loss of appetite , weakness in body , body pains, & all my muscles are sore?
What could cause, tingling in both arms &back, cold sensation in same areas, light headed, ringing in ears, joint weakness, & loss of vision.

MS WORK UP: In the MS work up, of a younger female patient presenting with vertigo /gait instability/numbness. And on exam there is hyperreflexia.
