I have burnin pain on forearm, started with diffuse tingling couple months ago, do I have cervical radiculopathy? Burning not specific to dermatome

Broke 1 bone in forearm close to wrist been having cast for 2months should be off in 1more week. I'm I gonna be able to work out soon? Like push-ups?

Would numbness in the head and face be related to tingling in hands, wrist, and forearms or are they 2 seperate issues?

Either is possible!: It may be of similar origin. At times, problems with altered sensation in hands could be related to metabolic or endocrine problems that could affect multiple parts of the body as well as nutritional or electrolyte imbalance among others.
