I just had an ablation done on L5 on l&r side but continue to feel the same pain before procedure, also tingling up & down my spine, what is going on?

Not likely...: If rash has not broke out. Or of it crosses over the midline of your spine. May be nerve irritation from a mild radiculopathy or medial nerve branch irritation from vertebral facet arthritis. If pain continues, with no rash, consider seeing an interventional pain specialist.
