Tic doloreaux / nerv: Sounds like a spasm of the 7th cranial nerve, also called the facial nerve (or rather the temporal branch of the facial nerve). Can't say: They can look very similar, but in your age group in certain locations, a perivascular spaces (sometimes called virchow robin spaces) are very common and i'm guessing more likely in your case. What could be the cause of tingling, crawling sensation in head, back, legs, hands when Brain MRI normal, and EMG test normal?
I have occasional lightheadedness, and on other occasions I feel a head-rush similar to an adrenaline rush. I also sometimes have a tingling sensation in my feet and hands. Should I be worried about brain tumors or ALS? Or is this anxiety 101?
