See your doctor.: Low level zerona laser is unlikely to cause the symptoms you describe, even if they seemed to coincide with zerona treatments. At least you had good fat loss, but your other symptoms are probably from something else going on with your medical health. It's "easy" to "blame" zerona, but low level laser is truly not the cause of these issues. See you doctor for work-up and proper diagnosis/treatment. ...Read more

Does not sound good: The "milk layer" in your mouth suggests thrush (fungus) and this is not a good sign in adult unless specific cause is known such as recent antibiotic and/or steroid/inhaler use etc.. Immunosuppressive state such as HIV is a cause of concern. Since you have symptoms for about 1 month now, it is time to consult doc to find out what is causing your trouble. Good luck. ...Read more
