Tingling Above Ear
I was reading an article on brain cancer when all of a sudden got cold/tingling sensation above ear near the temple. Could this be related to my anxie?
A few days ago I felt a sharp pain on the back side of my head and above my ear. This morning I had tingling from my ear down my neck on the same side?
Neck pain: Occipital neuralgia. The greater occipital nerve runs between the muscles of the neck and provides sensation to the scalp behind the ear and up to the back of the head. When the muscles are are in spasm, headaches and tingling occurs. The pain is relieved with massage, physical therapy, and injections of the occipital nerve. Sometimes a pinched nerve in the neck (C3/4) can cause similar pain.
Bruise?: Usually a small bruise in the cartilage of the ear
When I turn my head to the right and then slightly down, I get a tingling sensation on the side of my face and ear. Why?
Left side head in front of ear worm tingling sensation and sour to the touch, hit in area 2weeks prior boxing, permanent damage?
Blow to head: Probably no permanent damage but you should see a dentist to have it checked out. Sometimes problems are not immediately recognized by individual. Might also have to see a physician if dentist feels it's warranted.

Nerve or spine issue: These symptoms are may be related to nerve tracts in the neck or your spinal cord. Please seek the care of a physician soon and good luck.
Hole about ear: You didn't say how long it has been there or if it's causing a problem. Many people are born with "preauricular pits", or dimples in front and above the ear. Generally you don't have to do anything for them except if they start draining or getting infected. If there is a new opening, you may want to get it checked out.
Muscle spasm: Muscle spasm of the temporalis muscle. Should be very transient. If persistent or involves other areas, see your MD.
Tingling ears: Assuming you do not meaning ringing...Tingling ears possibly from laying on the nerves that exit the skull to give rise to sensation of the ear...If you mean ringing. Important to know whether it is dependent on laying down or dependent on sleeping. Laying down may increase pressure in brain...In prole with pseudo tumor cerebri or brain tumors this is not uncommon.
Duration?: If new, watch. If persists beyond 7-10 days, see ENT doc
Pinched nerve or: muscle spasm is the most common cause.
