Nerve symptoms: Might be due to carpal tunnel, nerve pinching at elbow (cubital tunnel), but also neck and shoulder may have problems. Be seen: The most likely cause is a cervical Radiculopathy, which is basically a pinched nerve in the neck. But because of the association of cardiac disease and left shoulder and arm complaints, you would be well served to be seen. Peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes such as carpal tunnel syndrome are also a possible cause. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Unilateral swelling : The symptoms reported are vague and a doctors visit is recommended to help sort this out. Swelling to a doctor could mean swelling, edema, synovitis, lymphadenopathy, etc. The fact that its unilateral is interesting. Unclear: what this could be, but if you are on oral contraceptives or have high blood pressure or have overexerted yourself, for example by power lifting, it could possibly represent a blood clot or another form of stroke. You should get an exam by a clinician to be sure it is not. Also if you have had any injury, your neck needs to be checked for any damage. Good luck! ...Read more
Carpal tunnel : The most common cause of numbness in the middle finger of the hand is compression of the median nerve at the wrist. More likely not: Focal symptoms in left hand would most likely be due to peripheral nerve problem such as carpal tunnel syndrome, but could be other nerve issue at elbow or neck. Unlikely at your age to be due to cardiac, but in older adults might consider that source. Consider an EMG test to diagnose. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Slight tingle in left hand(pink&ring)tingles in left foot too/ clean blood work and cat scan! super nervous. I have been getting allergy/sinus headach?
Calm down: Don't let your nerves get the best of you. What body part got the cat scan and why? I would see an orthopedist since there is hand and foot involvement and let them conclude if you have isolated nerve compressions i.E carpal and tarsal tunner syndrome or some radiculpathy more proximally i.E the back, or some systemic disorder. I do not think the sinus headache is related. Feel better. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Pinched nerve?: The median nerve and the ulnar nerve are 2 nerves that run through your wrist to innervate your hand. If either of these get compressed (pinched) you can develop numbness or tingling or pain in your fingers. Sounds like you're doing this to your ulnar nerve. This is called Cubital Tunnel Syndrome. It it gets bad enough you could get permanent damage to your nerve. See your doctor soon. ...Read more
Severe neck pain and tingly pinky finger in left hand. No pain in arm. Is this radiculopathy? Had same symptoms right side 2 months ago.
Maybe: It's possible, but radiculopathy is not something you should try to self-diagnose. You need a thorough history and neurologic exam by an experienced clinician, and, if the doc thinks you need it, C-spine MRI and/or EMG/NCS. I can't tell from your post if this is benign or serious.
