Need to wear 7 day cardiology event monitor. Allergic to cheap silver electrodes. No possibility of alternative electrodes. Any ideas? Antihistamines?
Topical cortisone: Consider applying topical cortisone at the electrode site 2x daily 3 days prior. I don't know whether these patches can be replaced or re-inserted or not. If yes, then you can apply the cortisone cream at the site daily then reapply the patch after the cream has dried up (hair dryer?). Perhaps a cardiologist in this panel can provide more details on the technical aspect of it. ...Read more
@time of fitting front temp (#9) on post (w/++grafts), Dr saw no contact w/lower bite. But I can feel lower tooth contact temp. Will this harm implant?
May be harmful: If the implant was placed and temporary attached the same day, contact with temp can be problematic as micromovement of implant is greatest source of failure the 1st 3-4 weeks of implant placement. I would avoid all contact with temp until you verify with your doctor. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Don't look...: ...At the temperature; look at the child. Fever under 106 does not harm the child, but overdosing on meds might. Dehydration is a bigger problem; if you have a choice between a teaspoon of fever medicine and a glass of water, give the water.
