I am not a fan : The lap band requires a very dedicated diet adherence along with a stricter exercise program compared to some of the other procedures. The gastric sleeve is an excellent, middle of the road option, but no matter what procedure you select, diet and exercise are mandatory to lose weight. Treat the band: There are many ways to treat the band with petsicides (not the watch mechanism-just the band) that will erradicate and kill chiggers. Simply microwaving the watch band for a few minutes (again-not the watch mechanism) will kill all living chiggers as well. Good luck. ...Read more
