Knee Arthroscopy: You may be experiencing arthrofibrosis which is an inflammatory condition characterized by development of scar tissue. Continue with the jas splint and pt; you may benefit from an intra-articular corticosteroid injection or Medrol (methylprednisolone) dose pack. Even though your experience is atypical, there is still ample opportunity for resolution before operative intervention. ...Read more

Yes: You are very early out from your repair and should strongly avoid twisting or pivoting for another couple months. Soft tissue grafts can take 6-9 months to incorportate. We used to say 6 months but per dr. Fu the king of hamstring recon he typically advises 9 mo prior to return to competitive play. My removable partial denture (4 units) is 5 years old and my insurance will now come pay. Do coatings wear out over time? Fits ok. Want replacement.

This depends...: If you have a soft reline in the partial denture that should have been replaced long ago. I am not sure of your reference to "coatings". As far as replacement i would have your dentist evaluate the partial denture to see if replacement is necessary. ...Read more

Instability or ankle looseness would also be assessed as the anterior and lateral aspect of the ankle is where the main stabilizing ligaments are located. ...Read more
