Timeline After Day 3 Transfer Ivf
I did my fresh day three transfer 11 days ago. I'm suppose to go tomorrow for my blood but i see I am spotting . Does that mean the IVF didn't work?

please call your IVF: Doctor, your ivf doc should have told u that exact answr right after the transfer and u should have a follow up exam scheduled with the ivf doc so u should call them now and ask this exact question. I am sure his nurse can answer that if the doc is tied up. ...Read more

Depends: Many factors play into success with embryo transfer - age, condition of the embryo, length of time in cold storage for embryo before implant, technique, the specific center you are being treated at, the list goes on. Had IVF 2 day transfer of 3 embryos: a 2 cell, a 4 cell, and a 1 cell. The 2 & 4 cell were the highest grade. What is my chance of success? I'm 41.
Ask your doc: Each clinic determines their own success rates. Pregnancy rates vary considerably from clinic to clinic. For example, we always transfer on day 3 and day 5, so i would have trouble giving you a comparable success rate. No: The window of implantation appears to close at about noon on day 6 post-retrieval. While there may be occasional pregnancies, the success rate drops significantly. I am not sure why you or your doc would want to transfer on day 7, but it is almost certainly a poor idea. ...Read more
