Maybe: Cranial nerve palsies will give you double vision in both daylight and ghost images at night. Usually abnormalities of the cornea (astigmatism) leads to see ghost images as well as cataracts. Best to check with your ophthalmologist. ...Read more

Need more info: intracranial hypertension headache can be of pressure quality with vision changes, but to state with more certainty that it's this type of headache need more clinical history such as headache worsening during sneezing, straining, laying down and bending down and better with being upright, optic discs exam showing papilledema, loss of peripheral vision fields, LP with high opening pressure etc ...Read more

Could be migraine: There are different types of headache- migraine and tension headaches are the most common ones. Migraine headaches usually are one sided headaches- can be preceeded with aura, hallucination etc- also can be associated with photosensitivity etc. Although brain tumor also can give headache- but it is not very common.Having said that-if those symptoms bother you- go to see your md and get checked. ...Read more
