I been having back pain feeling real sick and my uterus is swollen and it's having a pain on the left side?

2 reasons: You may be pregnant. I would first get a pregnancy test. If your pregnancy test is negative, you may have uterine fibroids also known as leiomyoma. I would then have a uterine ultrasound to determine if you have uterine fibroids.

I had a partial hysterectomy last year I started to bleed this morning with a horrible back pain is this normal. Just uterus removed?

No: If you had your whole uterus removed this is definitely not normal. You need to be seen immediately either at your doctor's office, an urgent care clinic, or an emergency room. The back ache could be because of a kidney stone or a severe bladder infection. If the bleeding is rectal it could be diverticulitis, colitis, or colon cancer. If it is vaginal that is also very worrisome-nothing left to bleed

Hypoechoic uterus lesions: The report is like this.1) non gravid, bulky uterus with heterogeneous myometrial echo texture.2) about two solid hypo echoic masses are seen within the uterus and they are 37mm x33mm and 54mm x 47mm in sizes. 3) adnexae, pouch of douglas are free relatively.4) general uterine outline is inconsistent and irregular. Have you been pregnant? You have fibromas, The fibroid has to be removed by surgery

Diagnosed with retroverted uterus. It's pressing on my rectum and I'm having lower back pain because of it. What are my options for a cure?

Diagnosed with retroverted uterus. It's pressing on my rectum and I'm having lower back pain because of it. What are my options for a cure?

It sounds like you: Should see a spine specialist as to other possible causes for your back pain as there have been no significant findings that a retroverted uterus is a typical cause for back pain. It is not an uncommon finding on studies yet not related to the spine as the usual culprit for low back pain even when present.

Call your provider: You need to contact your doctor or midwife. Although cramping after exercise can be expected in pregnancy you should check in to make sure you are not beginning labor.

Fibroids?: There is a possibility that you could have fibroids or some type of polyps that are causing your symptoms. You need to have this evaluated by your gyn, who will most likely order an ultrasound.

Hi, I have a small fibroid and my uterus measures 14 weeks. My bladder isn't emptying fully. I have lower back pain, is this due to my problems?

Hi, I have a small fibroid and my uterus measures 14 weeks. My bladder isn't emptying fully. I have lower back pain, is this due to my problems?

Uncertain: Correlation needs to be made with symptoms, physical exam and if needed, imaging. A uterine mass would have to be large enough to exert pressure on the lumbosacral nerve plexus, as it courses through the pelvis, to cause back pain.

For the past 6 days I have had chronic pelvic pain, nausea, back pain, and spotting. Went to the dr, said I had deviated uterus. Ideas of what causing?

Doubt: Deviated - verted, flexed, or rotated uterus is not, repeat not a cause of pelvic pain. Don't know what's causing the pain, but see if your doc can help you more.

I have pcos and am now experiencing sharp pain in my uterus and well as lower back pain, what are the possible reasons?

Other reasons...: Back pain may be muscular in nature. If related to intercourse or cycle, consult a specialist in pelvic pain/endometriosis. Pcos by itself is rarely a cause of pain as described.

I fell down 2 weeks ago and now my uterus is very crampy, I am bloated, full quick, lower back pain, and constipation, what could this be?

Pelv pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Could I have ovarian cancer? Lots of pain in my ovary area (extreme during ovulation) feels like my uterus is going to fall out. Back pain, fatigue

Get checked: It's not likely that your symptoms are from ovarian cancer. But they sound unpleasant, and you might be happier if you got a gyn exam.

Back pain: Scar tissue, endometriosis and othe problems related to the uterus and ovaries can cause pelvic or back pain. After hysterectomy you should have a gun checkup to assess the health of ovaries, bladder and pelvic floor. Endometriosis can cause pain after hysterectomy, in some cases, even after removal of ovaries.
