Tightness In One Leg
I have pain in both knees and extreme tightness in my calf on one leg symptoms just started two says ago?
I have poor balance. I try to stand on one leg but i can't last longer than 30 seconds. Also while hiking im always lose my balance in tight spots.
I wore a compression sleeve real tight one day at work on my leg due to a calf tear. Couldve i damaged a nerve? Cause im feeling occasional stinging.

I've noticed since I started running that there's an area on one of my lower legs that's been tingling. Could this be from tight muscles?
