There is a thing: called "exploding head syndrome", which is a type of headache. It doesn't usually cause strange feelings in legs though. It seems possible that you just have a lot of anxiety about something, but nonetheless, with any severe headache and other unexplained symptoms you should probably seek a medical opinion. As such, these symptoms should be evaluated thoroughly by your primary care physician, neurologist or physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist to identify the cause. Evaluation needed: But you already knew that. I would recommend seeing your regular doctor, getting an xray of your neck. You will likely also need a few more tests including an MRI and emg/ncs.
