Tight back: Could be various reasons for a tight back. common one will include a sprain in in the lower back. if the patients do not have any pain and is just a bit tight then some pain relief with paracetamol and brufen should help. Low back tightness: if you have a physical job/exercise could be musculoskeletal If not allergic see if Aleve (naproxen) or ibuprofen help,as well as warm bath. These symptoms sou--: Nd typical of inactivity for a long time. You need to start moving and do some bending/extending of the back/ /hips/knees. Start slow ; gradually build up the reps/frequency, so to develop muscles ; get them loose (limbered) so when you do these activities, they are not so painful or tight.
