Whenever I stretch my left arm, I feel a pain/tightness on the lower part of my arm, it started a day or two after getting my blood drawn. Help?
How tight does a blood pressure cuff have to be around the arm to properly measure BP at home? Can reading be higher/lower in one arm than the other?
