Sensation of something in lower left abdominal area without bulge, soreness, pain in testes. feeling tightness in left thigh sometimes down to foot.
Could be hernia.: A hernia could exist without a discernible bulge. The other symptoms are consistent with a hernia. Could also be kidney stone, an issue with the sigmoid colon, pelvic lymph node enlargement...in short, you need some testing. My pants are getting tighter around my left upper thigh (labral tear location). It isn't very muscular & a bit fatty. Is this just fat or swelling?

I have tightness and pain on the back of my legs in the thighs. Pain on left side back of thigh and tightness in back of other areas of both thighs.
