Tightness In Left Lower Abdomen
Last 3 months I have been having a strange tight heavy feeling in left lower abdomen sometimes sharp I do a lot of lifting, my urine/stools are fine.
Lap appendectomy 3days ago. Now, when urinating, feels like tightness/squeezing in lower left abdomen. No burning in urethra. 25 yr old female.
It's not necessarily pain I'm feeling, but more so discomfort or tightness in my lower left abdomen while coughing or sneezing. Bladder infection?
Discomfort with coughing and sneezing indicate more of a hernia or similar abdominal wall weaknesses than a bladder problem unless you are already havind problem with bladder emtying and the coughing and the sneezing could be a factor in the discomfort

Constipation?: If by treating diarrhea you mean you took meds to stop it you may be experiencing the opposite. Meds to stop diarr. Can cause constipation, cramping in th lower abdomen.
