Chest tightness: 4 months of chest pain and loss of balance. You need stress test and ekg. Sometimes stress test can be falsely negative. If pain persists you will need to rule out coronary artery disease. An angiogram is needed to prove or disprove coronary disease if pain is not relieved. Read more

See your doctor: Pain in your breasts may be due to several reasons: hormonal disbalances, fibrocystic changes, large size (which may cause back pain), not well fit bra (maybe your case), masses, etc. The only way to sort through possible conditions is to get evaluation by your doctor who may also advise you to perform other studies (X-ray, sonogram). Please don't delay the exam hoping that pain would go away. Read more

Normal: Breast soreness is normal specially after ovulation. when your breast is sore sometimes, pain can radiate to the left arm. So, do not worry. When your period comes, your pain should resolve. Wear a good support bra and drink less caffeine. Good Luck! Read more

See below: Shoulder pain could be from the shoulder or referred. Common referred sources include: abdomen, heart and neck. Shoulder sources include: arthritis, labral tears, instability, tendinitis, rotator cuff tears, bursitis, painful bony spurs etc. Shoulder blase pain can be from the neck or bursitis around the blade. Few other options: Esophagus spasms can do this as can breast pathology. One simple way to tell if its ur heart is to press the chest area and if it hurts, its not you heart, except in one condition-pericarditis, which is inflammation of the lining capsule of the heart. But you have to press deeper, instead of a surface press. Otherwise anxiety is another consideration as this causes adrenaline and cortisol rushes. Read more

Go see doctor: Pain breast can be from any causes- most commonly a non harmful condition called "fibrocystic breast disease". Most concerning would be breast cancer- at 33 you are at risk and would need eval with either mammogram and/or ultrasound. There are other possible conditions - such as infection, cyst etc- but you won't know unless you go for evaluation. Read more
