I woke up in pain my rings were very tight and fingers were swollen.I also have. Have a copy of blood work don't understand them .I know it's not good?

Left an elastic band tight around my little finger for about 4 hours. It was purple and numb. 24 hours after removing band, finger is still numb.
Likely transient pbm: You don't mention that your finger is still purple, and if not, you may recover all function.You likely cut off enough of the nourishment to the digital nerve that there will be a delay in recovery that can last days or might be long term.
