I have a tingling/tight/popping? Sensation in my left clavicle, often when singing but lately movement. It doesn't last long and there's no pain. Help

Plat yams muscle pul: You probably pulled your platysma muscle. There is normal clicking of the larynx over the spine when you swallow. You can try some Motrin 600 mg three times a day for any inflammation in this area. I have not really seen clicking so bad in my practice that I had to treat it. The Motrin will help the muscle strain. If it is not better in a few weeks, see an ENT doctor and they will check it. ...Read more

Stretch?: With the information given, the first suggestion is stretching. You can use a broom handle and your good arm to push the stiff shoulder to a comfortable limit and hold it. Tendonitis: It sounds very much as though you have an early shoulder tendonitis, possibly of the biceps tendon, maybe of the rotator cuff. Have you been doing biceps curls in the gym? If so you may have injured the biceps tendon. When irritated the tendon can come out of its track and feel tight, and it certainly hurts when you try to stretch it. Possibly: Analyze your activities, exercises, and sleep positions to figure what is setting this off. Also figure out what helps the most (stretches, message, ice etc). this will give you insight into what causes it and how to manage it. I have a burning feeling in my chest that comes and goes. The feeling is on the left side of my chest abut 5-6 inches from my shoulder. It gets kind of tight and it feels like I can feel the blood flowing in that area.
Chest pain can mean many different things. Other factors to take into consideration are age, history of high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, family history etc. Cardiac issues need to be ruled out. Also muscle pain or even acid reflux can account for your symptoms. The bottom line is to be evaluated bu your doctor asap for a complete exam and testing.
