Tightness in the chin after neck cracking, it's getting improved but I need to know should i be worried or not?
If there is no problem with breathing or swallowing, you may ignore it. Try to avoid cracking your neck, it is just a habit, it does not fix anything.
For good health — Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

I have been recovering from a jaw injury, nothing broken or dislocated. I am getting pain and tightness in and around my chin. Is there any cause for needing urgent medical attention? No fever.
Need evaluation: After jaw injury, presumption is that jaw pain is related to injury, However for someone >60 yrs old with cardiac risk factors (eg high cholesterol, strong Fam history of heart disease) then further evaluation is warranted, Occasionally angina (heart pain) can present as jaw pain (not usually chin pain). Broke jaw have nerve damage to the inferior alveolar nerve bout 9 weeks ago most of numbnes gone but lip and chin tightness remain, how much longer?
Depends on the severity of the injury. In this case sounds like shearing or crush injury but sometimes if it's stretch with no damage to the axon it may recover quickly. Otherwise, human axon growth rates are 1 mm/day in small nerves and 5 mm/day in large nerves. If there is no way the nerve would reconnect then maybe permanent but best to check with a maxillofacial surgeon.

I have had pain and tightness in my jaw, cheeks, chin, and at times in neck. Have had X-ray both at doctor and Dentist office. X-rays all show normal. Been going on for 4 months now. No improvement.
