My Dr, Er dr, and cardiologist said it's not my heart. But I still have chest tightness and feel like I cant get full breath with weird arm feeling.

You do not need a Cardiologist or a visit to the ER. You need to manage your stress better. Your family doctor or your therapist can help. ...Read more

Not your Heart: Not sure why a 21 year old would go to the er for alcohol and drug related anxiety problems. But, you did and it proved that it was not your heart. It is the flu season. I would think that the medications and alcohol are out of your system by now. It is very normal this season to have respiratory illness. ...Read more

I've had chest tightness & shortness of breath, yet chest X-ray & CT scan normal. Doctor ruled out asthma & not anxiety. What could it be?

Not sure: Could still be anxiety...also ribs out of place can cause problems and a chiropractor can help with that. It will not shoe on an xray. Allergies can contribute...consider stopping all DAIRY and GLUTEN and see if that helps. Also acupuncture can be amazing beneficial. Look into other options.. You are the one with the symptoms so it is something- just not necessarily anything bad. ...Read more
