I have had on several occasions shortness of breath tightness in chest n pain in left shoulder. It happens even when lying down.

More info needed: Is the discomfort affected by a deep breath or when you rotate your shoulder? What happens when you exert yourself? Do you have a cough? How long does the chest tightness last?
