I was given a post op range of motion brace after biceps tendon surgery but given no instruction on how tight to wear it.
I have sharp pains in my elbows, biceps, shoulder. Both arms also feel tight. Last year i got a stress test my heart checked all was ok. ?

Very rarely blood drawing for tests or donation may have complications like the needle hitting a nerve or an artery. If it gets worse fast, see a dr.
