Try using moist head on your temples (not in the extraction area) and/or take an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen 800mg tonight. ...Read more

Can chronic neck pain refer pain to the face? I have bilateral face pain and it eases with neck massage! I have tight muscles on neck and face.
Yes it can: Especially if that neck pain comes from nerve pain (neuropathy) and not muscle pain (myopathy). If your neck muscles are rigid and taut all the time, then the pain is most likely myopathic and will require a combination of anti-inflammatory medicines, muscle relaxant medicines, and manipulation/masssage. Heat application also helps. If it is neuropathic pain, then you need xrays of neck. ...Read more

It feels like my muscles on my head get really tight n I get a numbness also I've had CT scan and all was ok what other possibilities could there be?
Hard to say: Given numbness, it sounds neurological in nature. However, it's hard to be more specific with these symptoms alone and a negative ct scan of the head doesn't exclude very much. My advice would be to continue to follow up with your doctor until you get a diagnosis. If there is trouble getting to the bottom of the issue, see a good neurologist.
