Tight Upper Stomach
I have been getting a tightness in my upper stomach and it feels like i need to take more cleansing breaths. Can it be anxiety?

I am a healthy 53 yo female. Every now and then i get a tight feeling in my upper stomach wall like something is pressing on it. It is not painfull.
What is constant upper stomach tightness with a lot of belching & low blood sugar? Low or high stomach acid?
I having burning in my stomach with nausea and sometimes feels like upper stomach tightness pain. Be going on off and on for awhile. Gallbladder?
