Most likely contract: At 35 weeks most women have contractions throughout the day, especially with movement or exercise. For some women they are very uncomfortable and for others, not so much. Dating by measurements in the third trimester is quite unreliable and as you see with your baby, can vary by several weeks either way. Maybe: Hiatal hernia is very common, but they are not all the same. Large ones can certainly cause pain, along with difficulty swallowing or reflux/heartburn. Patients commonly attribute many nonspecific symptoms to a hiatal hernia, and more often than not the hiatal hernia is not the cause.
