Tiger Balm Ointment Ingredients
I applied tiger balm ointment on my forehead and now there is a black patch on my forehead, what's going on?
Why?: Why did you apply this to your forehead? Perhaps that is the reason. Anyway you should just throw away the tiger balm.
Tiger Balm: Rarely, severe allergic reactions can occur at the application site. Symptoms of an allergic reaction to tiger balm include rashes, hives, itching, difficulty breathing and chest tightness. Do not use tiger balm if you have ever had an allergic reaction to products containing menthol or camphor. Your pains will resolve if tiger balm works.
Sure: But any relief is placebo. Save your money. If you are in distress, see a DR.
Tiger balm every day?: Yes, is ok.Get a more detailed answer ›
My lower back hurts after excercising (body pump class). How long shall I not go to the class, n what's a good cream (tiger balm?) to use?
Pain free x 2-3 days: You shouldn't return to exercise until you've been pain free with activities of daily living for at least 2-3 days. Then, do so gradually and avoid painful exercises. I don't find over-the-counter topicals very effective, especially for low back pain where the source of pain is rarely very superficial. Oral anti-inflammatories tend to work more effectively.See 1 more doctor answer

My negative thoughts are a steamroller. I can't seem to stop them. They are like a lion or tiger on the loose. Can you you give me a tip?
Our brain: Is like a snow ball processor wired for negativity both emotionally & cognitively. U say it very well: "tiger or a lion on the loose". Tip: visualize the powerful felines, see urself jumping on them both & dare the ride on their backs. Our snow ball processor brain can also start a positive/solution snow ball while the big negative one melt like snow under the sun. Good luck & enjoy the ride!See 1 more doctor answer
Probably ok: If you were bitten in Indiana then the odds of the bite having infected you with something dangerous are vanishingly small
Tiger Moth: Although the moth secretes a neurotoxin for its own protection against its predators, they do no harm to humans. I really would not eat one though, not necessarily due to its toxicity, but that little dust on the wings kinda sticks in your throat.
Medical Benefits: There are no known or proven benefits of tiger nuts. There are heart benefits from garlic, but no known sexual benefits for garlic tablets.
