When I breathe in I get this burning feeling in top of chest, and tickling cough feeling. No phlem, xray clear, CBC good. No fever? But feel lousy
Need to look at meds:
You underlying pots condition causes rapid heart rate and the meds are trying to slow it down, bu the meds are probably causing the symptoms.

Chest tingling cough: Have you been evaluated for asthma, as that can present with dry cough. Was a xray done to check for mass?
