Thyroid Tender To Touch
My thyroid is tender to touch, swollen lymph nodes on both side of jaw for about 2 weeks. Dr said no nodules in thyriod. Bloodwork came back fine.
Thyroid is tender to the touch. Just started today. I do feel a bit of a cold coming on as well. Definitely not a sore throat. I'm 9 weeks pregnant. ?

Hello, I have had two thyroid biopsy in the past and lately i noticed pain in that area in my neck. It hurts to touch it. Very sore.

Not normal: There are things that can occur there like thyroglossal duct cysts, dermoid cysts, lymph nodes, and other things to name a few. Maybe you can't feel something small that is developing but basically you should see an ENT for a thorough check. ...Read more
