I take gabapentin for my fibromyalgia, but the helpful effects seemed to have worn off. I'm in excruciating, constant pain. Any suggestions?
Interesting question: Hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome all share similar symptoms, such as fatigue, depression and muscle pain. I just had blood test for my thyroid and my TSH is 0.543, T4 free is 1.0, T4 is 6.8, T3 (liothyronine) free is2.8.Are these levels normal.I do have fibromyalgia.

Possibly a lymphnode: Just have you primary doc check to see if it is a muscle or a node. The pe should be all that is needed. Difficult to say: It could be. Fibro can cause knots through mmyofascial irritation. However, it may also be a lymph node, and a physical exam should be able to differentiate these.
