Baroreceptors in the carotid sinus stimulate the vagus nerve, slow the heart, but the exercise causes increased stroke volume, increased total peripheral resistance, increased blood pressure, and opening of muscular capillary beds. Many possibilities.: The symptoms sound most likely migraine headaches triggered by exercise. It may be pain caused by muscular tension. These problems could also be due to a sudden increase in blood or abdominal pressure or may be heart problems. It is possibly you may be hyperventilating.
