How do you FEEL?: I trust you also do not have maldigestion / malabsorption. The "ideal weight" charts you see are subscience. Lots of elite track-and-field athletes are "underweight". I'll bet you're a slim guy who wants to put on some lean muscle. Eat sensibly when your hungry, with enough protein, and hit resistance training daily, different groups on different days. Diet and muscle mass: To gain weight you have to consume more calories than you are burning. Do this in a healthy way though. Don't choose junk or fast food. Keep a well balanced diet and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need. Don't cut out exercise as it is very good for you. If a docot suspects someone has thyroid problems is it possible to start them on the meds before blood work comes back? I have two kids and I don't have time for the medical problems im having I just want it fixed so I can move on.

Find pbm first: Testing can confirmation a suspicion & provide a starting point to gauge treatment.It may also suggest more serious problems that can become more severe if not fully evaluated & where treatment would obscure needed additional tests.
