Multinodular goiter: You have multinodular goiter which is not uncommon. These nodules most likely have been there for many years and is just now getting detected. In general 95% of these nodules are non-cancerous. What you need is to follow them yearly with ultrasound and evaluate (biopsy) them if they grow in the future.
