I am feeling head pressure when bending my neck. What could it be. Weeks ago I had crawling feeling under my scalp that got somewhat better with time.
? muscle? Nerve: Your symptoms could stem from a cervical (neck) strap muscle sprain; there are many muscles in the posterior neck that can easily be strained during sleep or when driving a car. Sprained muscles can swell and push on adjacent nerves causing what are called paraesthesias, tingling or crawling feelings in the distribution of the nerve. As long as this gets better, no worries; if worsening see PCP

Varies: Because cardiac problems can cause exercise induced pain running into left arm, I would be seen and checked. That being said, the most likely condition is an irritation of a nerve in the neck causing pain that radiates into the arm; often associated with a condition known as cervical stenosis.

Muscle tensioin: Many patients clench or grind their teeth at night for various reasons- stress, sugar, drugs and bad bites. The result is 56 pair of muscles in the head and neck become like a charley horse or muscle spasm and result in referred pain. See a dentist that understands temporomandibular disease and get a diagnosis.See 1 more doctor answer
What can cause neck pain and a sudden incidence of moderate to severe head pressure with a buzzing sensation in the head lasting only 5-10 seconds?
Several things: Your symptoms maybe coming from a couple things. Sinus infections and middle/inner ear conditions can cause head pressure, headaches, even balance problems. Your neck pain could be separate or compensatory to maintaining your upright stance (for balance). I would rec that you start with an appt with your pcp for an exam. If the diagnosis is not obvious, referral to an ENT is next.See 1 more doctor answer
Head pressure saw a chiro who helped my head completely adjusted my neck and back now my back is in terrible pain and very stiff neck?
Stop seeing chiro: Why would you go to a chiro when it is clear that they are NOT helping you. I. Bet they charged you each time for 'treatments' There is a good chance they caused the pain you are in Now they will probably recommend additional treatments to treat the pain they caused!! Stop going. Save your money. See a real doctor, preferably one who specializes in spine or pain.See 1 more doctor answer
