Tracheomalacia (from trachea and Greek μαλακία, softening) is a condition characterized by flaccidity of the tracheal support cartilage which leads to tracheal collapse especially when increased airflow is demanded.
The trachea normally dilates slightly during inspiration and narrows slightly during expiration. These processes are exaggerated in tracheomalacia, leading to airway collapse.

Several causes.: Enlarger thryoid is called a goiter, and in many countries is caused by lact of iodine in the diet, but that is rare in the US. More likely, since no masses or nodules are seen on ultrasound, it is caused by Graves disease or hyperthyroidism or inflammation of the gland often called Hashimoto's. Botox for what wrinkles on the forehead (cosmetic) or for medical problems like muscle spasm or vocal cord dystonia. Was the injection in the neck? Again cosmetic or for spasm. This is a known side effect and it will get better but will take weeks to a few months. Make sure it is not progressing to the point where you can not swallow without choking.
