My right ear is clogged with dry ear wax. I've tried using ear drops on it, but it hasn't been working. My mom says cotton tips are too dangerous as well. I only have about $2 right now, so i don't know what else i can use to get it out.

If : If you have insurance you should see a docotr for a procedure called an ear lavage. Ear drops are placed in the ear, then the ear is irrigated with another solution (typically hydrogen peroxide) to dislodge the wax.
