Many possibilities.: Lymphoma usually isn't painful, but the other symptoms could fit. However, there are a number of other possibilities. The thyroid swelling is suspicious for thyroiditis. If that is ruled out, ct scan of neck, chest, abdomen and pelvis may be helpful, or possibly a pet/ct. Mgt: The dry cough may be a symptom of your asthma. If you have an Albuterol inhaler, two puffs may help to alleviate the cough. If you have allergies and post nasal drip/cough then an anti histamine is indicated. Avoid smoke and allergic triggers until seen by your doctor.
