Broad question: Any cancer that becomes metastatic to the pericardium will cause heart disease - breast and lung cancer are examples. Primary cancer of the heart occurs but is, thankfully, very rare. Migraines are genetically determined and influenced by hormone status. The 2 diseases are not related. You also mention "brain lesion" under your conditions. What are you referring to? Hyperthyroidism may cause hypermetabolic state and cause tachycardia or palpitation but not pressure. Yes and no: The person to treat thyroid cancer is a head and neck surgeon. If an ENT physician is trained to do radical H&N surgery especially if the lesion is metastatic to nodes or invades jugular and laryngeal cartilage then he should be able to do the surgery. Possible: It is uncommon in young pts for hypothyroidism to cause heart probs, but it def can cause cardiac issues. It cause a slow heart beat, which usually resolves with treatment. If left untreated hypothyroidism can lead to a cardiomyopathy (gen heart dysfunction). This is often reversible, but left untreated can lead to permanent cardiac damage and irreg heart beats.
