Unlikely but...: Possibly, but just because your docs haven't found the cause does not mean it's all in your head. It's not unusual for docs to have difficulty finding the cause of GI problems. You may well have food sensitivities (most with gluten sensitivity don't have celiac) ;/or parasites- common ; not easy to diagnose.
