Shingles: There is a good possibility,,with that history than you have Herpes Zoster or "Shingles" This is due to re-activation of the Chicken Pox virus in a nerve (nerves) where it causes a tiny chicken pox like "bump" in the skin at the end of the nerve. Possible Cardiac : Those symptoms, by themselves are classic symptoms of cardiac trouble, possible heart attack. The vertebrae in the cervical portion of your spine is a confounding variable; however, going to the er under the circumstances would not be a bad call.
