Prob.not: Rotator cuff repair/decompression surgery from a year ago would not cause 'fluid on the elbow'.Sounds like you have the common olecranon bursitis caused by bumping the back of your elbow, resting it on table tops, etc. Or previous elbow surgery.See your pcp if it becomes painful or inflamed/draining fluid.Good luck! ...Read more
