Thumb started shaking, it's been a week since I noticed it, whenever I try to put it in isolated position, what could cause this?

Thumb has been shaking at random times but it barely moves and now the thumb feel weighed down but doesn't hurt any possible causes?
What do it mean my left thumb starts shaking. And lately my thumb has been having a but of pain then and there, why so?
Start Simple: Think of the simple stuff first. Like, do you drink a lot of coffee, or tea, or caffeinated soda or energy drinks? Under a lot of stress? Working out too much? Recent injury? Several things: Realize you are depricating yourself by frequent casual sex of any type. You are alo being used. Until your self esteem improves, you have a problem. Shaking of hands is pretty much the result of the activity of muscles.
There could possibly be a muscular imbalance, but most likely it is the activity of the nerves that supply those muscles that is responsible for the shaking. I'd like to see it: Trapping nerves doesn't result in limbs "shaking." If you've pain you may've broken something. Fine tremulousness based on this is a possibility.
