A tic?: The fact that you have the diagnosis of Tourette's makes me think this is somehow related. My right hand thumb shakes sometimes. Is it a sign of some disease? I don't feel any numbness or pain in thumb.
My thumb shakes when scrolling on cell, numbness in hands sleeping/awake, numbness tinglin in both hands in feet. ..What is it?
Varies: There are a number of possibilities, I would not hesitate to be seen for a specific diagnosis. Numbness is a neurological symptom and a nerve conduction test can usually sort it out as well. The two most common causes are either a pinched nerve somewhere, with carpal tunnel syndrome being the most common that involves the thumb; or a neurological condition such as a neuropathy for example. ...Read more

Contact transmission: Infections that are transmitted by contact, hand to hand, or skin to skin include common cold virus and germs. Hand washing is the remedy. I've painful stabs on my left forearm. My left thumb shake if I move it up and down. In2013 I had constipation. Since2014 I have diarrhea. Could it be MS?
Not MS: You seem to have a constellation of issues, none of which would prompt me to consider MS. Sounds like a predominate problem within GI tract, and would look for malabsorption syndromes, Celiac disease, etc. The left arm and thumb are due to a different problem, perhaps. Have your doctor thoroughly evaluate. ...Read more
What do it mean my left thumb starts shaking. And lately my thumb has been having a but of pain then and there, why so?
Start Simple: Think of the simple stuff first. Like, do you drink a lot of coffee, or tea, or caffeinated soda or energy drinks? Under a lot of stress? Working out too much? Recent injury? Drive long distances? Sleep on that side? Does it happen when the thumb is at rest or under tension? You hitchhike a lot? HitchhikinProhibited: Same thing happened to me a while back. Turned out to be jet lag and too much coffee. Tremors: Are they constant or intermittent. If intermittent and you don't have any other neuro complaints like headache, visual changes, weakness, or numbness it may be an intention tremor. However, given your young age make sure you are not taking too much caffeine. Its easy to do as I have fallen into drinking several cups of coffee during the day and it definitely does it. Hope this helps :). ...Read more
When you have hand in the air is it suppose to stay perfectly still? Because mine doesn't it shakes a little.
Interesting: Not everyone has a "dead calm, steady" hand.
