Ive been suffuring with this for years. I get nauseous when I eat, actually every bite I take I want to throw it out. What could it be? treatable?

Not sure: There are a lot of possible causes of persistent nausea, and it would require more detail then you have provided here to try to sort it out. A good start would be to try a chewable antacid such as Tums (calcium carbonate) several times a day for a week or two, whenever you get the nausea, just to see if it helps at all. Not sure how you do: it? It's important not to be drinking a lot while you're eating, and apparently you might not be doing that at 10P to 10A. Are you working the graveyard shift to accomplish this? Otherwise, if you're thirsty this late at night, and your ADH (vasopressin) serum test was normal, then you don't have diabetes insipidus, and can try sleeping without getting up to drink water until morning.
