I have these little bumps on my tongue (after eating popcorn) so I'm thinking it's popcorn in my throats and it's not they're bumps and they itch?
After eating air pop popcorn, I get sick. I get an upset stomach. It gets very painful. It didn't use to be this way. Could I now be allergic?

I take prednisone 40mg daily for asthma flair up. I took my blood sugar 20-30 min after eating cookies and popcorn it was 208. Should I worry?
High Blood Sugar: Worry is not a productive emotion. But 208 is a very high blood sugar. Prednisone definitely will cause elevations of blood sugar, but you need to be evaluated. Having your height and weight would be useful also to estimate your diabetes risk. I would eliminate all sweets and recheck blood sugar. Burning food carries carcinogens. Carcinogens are cancer producing entities. Over time eating alot of grilled, burned meat and other foods is not healthy.
