Am a 23 year old female i weight170 pound two day am experiencing pain in the left side of my chest more like in the breast could sign of heart attack?
Yes but not likley: Chest pain can be from heart but in your case this would be less likely given age. Other possibilities would be pulmonary embolus (blood clot in lung), this is usually with shortness of breath, but not always. Also esophogeal reflux/spasm. Also, musculoskeletal causes are the most common. If it gets worse, or doesn't go away, or is with shortness of breath, seek immediate help. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is tingling pain in left shoulders, arm, left side of rib and tingling left foot, sign of heart attack even it normalizes after 15-20mins.
Statistically, no: The character of the pain and its distribution would make this a very improbable answer. If you have reason to worry about this then see someone and have an evaluation. ...Read more

However the pain can also present in the upper back, the upper middle abdomen, jaw, head, teeth or in the arms (left more than right). One could have nausea, vomiting or it could feel like indigestion or heartburn. Feeling short of breath, sweating and just feeling out of sorts can also occur. About a fourth of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack. You asked specifically about symptoms in women. The following statistics are from a national institute of health study. 43% of women had no chest pain. 58% were short of breath; 55% had marked weakness; 43% experienced fatigue, with cold sweats in 39% & dizziness in 39%. According to the study preceding their heart attacks women experienced the following symptoms: unusual fatigue - 70%; sleep disturbance - 48%; shortness of breath - 42%; indigestion - 39% and anxiety - 35%. I hope this helps. Take care. ...Read more

I get this weird mild Pain in my left arm that comes and goes, is that a sign of a heart attack ?
Highly unlikely: If you are a 21 year old generally healthy male it is unlikely that left arm pain is an "anginal equivalent" I.e. Due to inadequate blood supply to heart muscle.. Things that would make it more likely to be cardiac in nature would be if it is mostly brought on by physical activity. Even if your arm pain is exertional it is unlikely to be cardiac in nature unless u have a strong family history ...Read more
