Many times a herniated disc in the neck can cause arm pain especially if you have not improved with the medications and physical therapy. Tmj: You likely have tmj. A way to tell is to open and close the jaw with a finger placed in the TMJ socket which is roughly the pocket created when one opens the mouth and places a finger directly in front of the ear canal right at the level of the sideburns. Can B due 2 facial-: -nerve in origin. It just appears in some people 4no reason. It an inflammation of the nerve, & best 2 C an ENT. 2 B sure there is no treatable process. Left side of head?: We generally, believe that the brain itself is not able to "feel" pain....Although it interprets it and processes it very well! therefore, i believe it is more like your pain is on the left side of your head radiating to the front in a pulsating manner.
